User research and validation

Conducted thorough user research, employing a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods including Google form surveys and interviews, to validate existing feature enhancements and explore the potential of a differentiating new feature. This research phase informed early-stage user testing to refine and finalize the product's feature set.

Design Goals

The primary design goal was to create a modern web application that seamlessly handles complex hierarchical court data while prioritizing user experience simplicity. This involved developing intuitive search and filtering mechanisms to empower users in quickly locating relevant court records, all within a streamlined, minimal-step interface.
